Course Description

This course equips the participant with an understanding of the functioning and operation of the international legal system and how that interacts with and affects domestic legal systems. The course will further focus on economic international law and discuss how trade treaties affect the national interests of Malawi.

Minimum requirement

MSCE or equivalent and any higher qualification, good command of English. Those with experience will have an added advantage
